Wildix only selects Jeds (Any) as an option in the devices. This means that you cannot dial from the desktop or web client
Solution
Open the Collaboration App and open the Preferences at the top of the menu as follows:
Make sure that Call Control Mode has been deactivated here. If the hook is set, remove it. The web device is then available to you and you can make calls using the web or desktop client.
