Initial situation

There are situations where it makes sense to use a smartphone other than the Wildix Client. For example, if you use multiple accounts on different Wildix systems. In this case we recommend using the Acrobits Softphone. This article describes what you need to do to configure this.

After installation, please grant all necessary permissions for the softphone to operate correctly.

Account setup

Follow these steps to set up the account:

• New SIP account
• Title: Account description of your choice
• Username: Internal number of the user (e.g. 200)
• Password: SIP password
• Domain: Server according to Seabix IO access data
• Advanced settings
  • Authentication Username: Internal number like username above
  • Transport protocol: tls (sip)
  • NAT traverse (click):
    • Outbound proxy
      • Host: ServerAsAbove:5061
      • Transport protocol: tls (sip)
