My mobile phone supports the use of an eSIM. Can I also use this via Seabix AG?

The use of an eSIM with Seabix Mobile is possible. After activation you will receive a QR code from Seabix AG, which has to be scanned once in order to activate the mobile phone tariff. In order for the process to be successful, however, we need 2 pieces of information from you that are only available for eSIM compatible devices (the EID):
- OATH
- IMEI

- Scrollen Sie zu EID und IMEI und machen Sie netweder von beidem einen Screenshot oder kopieren Sie die Werte durch langes drücken in ein E-Mail
- Navigieren Sie zu den Einstellungen
- Scrollen Sie nach unten zu Telefoninfo
- Wählen Sie Stautsinformationen
- Kopieren Sie die EID un die IMEI Information (Steckplatz 1) und senden Sie uns diese per E-Mail
