1. Management console overview
In the management console you get an overview of the status of your file share client and can make basic settings. Here is a basic overview of the functions of the management console

Dashboard

- View basic device information such as client version, sync status, cache size.
- View download and upload speed
|
Synchronized folders
|
- Here you can see so-called synchronized
folders . These are any local folders that are synchronized with Fileshare.
|
Offline folder |
- These folders are available offline (without an internet connection). They will be synchronized when the Internet connection is reestablished.
|
Locked files
|
- Any files you have open that are currently locked to other users
|
Open check-ins
|
- Checked out files that need to be checked in again.
|
Settings
|
- Client settings. These are specified by the customer's group policy, you should only make adjustments here if you know what you are doing. It is best to contact Seabix Support in advance. Some settings cannot be changed manually.

Synchronization status
|
- View all synchronization tasks and any errors.
- Start or pause a synchronization task
|
2. How to get to the management console
- Navigate to the file share icon in the taskbar and click on it to open the following context menu.
- Click on the Management Console menu item
