1. Problem definition

I use Seabix Internet and a TV subscription from a specialized TV provider such as Zattoo or Teleboy. Now the provider reports to me that I cannot watch TV because I would be abroad.

Seabix uses its own IP ranges for its Internet services. These are registered in Switzerland. However, it can happen that your TV provider does not handle this correctly. Contact the support of your TV provider accordingly and report your subscription, your zip code and your IP address. Ask for correct activation:
