You would like to place fixed presettings for your Scan2Mail as a favorite (shortcut) on the start screen of your multifunction device.

These instructions apply to the following systems:

• Workplace Printer MFC 338 CS
• Workplace Printer MFC 389 CS

Preconditions

The relevant speed dial destinations have already been recorded.

Action

On the MFC's start screen, click the Speed Dial Center item. You will now see various speed dial destinations as shown below. Now click next to the ... points and then on "Show on start screen" .

This link is now shown on the start screen. Incidentally, this link can be removed in the same way if desired.
