Connect
There are several ways and variants to connect a call to a colleague.
Connect without consultation
With a call active, select Connect appears in the call elements. This can be used to connect the conversation partner to a colleague without consulting.
Enter the extension number or the name of your colleague in the search field and press the green receiver.
Connect with consultation
In the case of a connection with consultation, the colleague is called during the active conversation and then forwarded.
During a call, you can call your colleague from the contact list. The active call is put on hold. If the colleague picks up, the call elements can be used to connect with your colleague.
Tripartite conference
In a three-way conference, the process is very similar to the connection with consultation. However, you do not click on Connect , but on Conference in the call elements below.
Pick up
If the notifications are activated, calls to colleagues are displayed. These can be picked up by calling. Alternatively, you can pick up the call with the right mouse button in the contact list of the colleague who is currently ringing.
Redirect
In order to forward all calls to a colleague or to a telephone number, you have to open the settings in the pascom client. There you have the option of setting up call diversion in the Telephone settings menu.
