1. Initial situation

Fixed line + has a GSM failover function for the mobile client. This ensures that if a cell phone has no or insufficient data connection, the cell phone number is called with a delay. What is very practical for direct calls works less well when the cell phone is in a call group, resp. a team is involved.

2. Team call sequence with mobile failover activated

Festnetz + tries to reach all registered mobile clients via normal push notification. If this does not succeed, all mobile numbers are called. If a mobile phone is now switched off or if a Combox answers the call, the call is considered accepted. The system ends the call setup and transfers the call, for example, to the cell phone combox of one employee, which is of course not desired.

3. How to proceed?

Request a removal of all GSM failover numbers for the members of a call group via the Seabix support in order to eliminate this problem.
