1. General recommendations
- Cellular phone technology is evolving at a rapid pace. We therefore recommend using an iPhone that supports at least 5G and is not older than 2 years.
 
1. Restart device
Don't just change the SIM card on the fly. In any case, restart the device if you want to change the Seabix Mobile SIM card (switch off > change card > switch on)
2. Update carrier settings
 When switching to Seabix Mobile , iPhone will prompt you to update carrier settings . This is a mandatory process. The process takes less than a minute.
 In any case, check whether this process has been completed. To do this, proceed as follows:
- Make sure the iPhone is connected to the network
 - Tap Settings > General > About
 - Follow the onscreen instructions to install the cellular provider update.
 
3. VoLTE and Wifi calling

4. Enable data roaming
- Enable data roaming under Settings > Cellular > Data options
 
5. Reset network settings
If you change carriers or have other problems with your iPhone, it can be helpful to reset the network settings. Proceed as described below.
- Tap Settings > General > Reset
 - Tap "Network Settings"
 -  You must now enter the code and confirm that you want to reset the settings.
