1. General Information

With the function keys you can compile your own list of different functions within the collaboration, just as you need it for yourself. Depending on the device connected, the function keys are also synchronized with it.

2. The FN menu

Within Collaboration, you can use the FN key to access your personal function key dashboard.

The following important key functions are available:

	speed dial Store any number as a speed dial. This can also be taken from the contacts.
	switch Switching and status display of a status switch
	Colleague Call and status view of a colleague. Depending on your permissions, you can use the eye icon to control the call display and the speaker icon to control the acoustic notification.
	time plans Display of the status of a schedule (outside=red/inside=green)
	group Calling and status display of a group

Click the FN key to perform the desired function.

3. Configuration of FN keys

To configure function keys, proceed as follows:

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Select the Fn Keys menu item
3. Select the desired function and click +
4. Configure the desired parameters
5. save

	Eye Displays colleague's pickup notifications and allows call pickup
	speaker When a colleague receives a call, a beep tone is played
	direct transfer If activated, pressing the BLF button always transfers the call to the colleague via blind transfer
