1. Overview of the main menu
The main menu of the collaboration appears as follows:

2. User Status
You can quickly change your user status:
- Click on your current user status
- Select a different user status from the list of available statuses.
To add a status message:
- Click on your user status in the top menu
- Click + Advanced
- Enter the status message in the field
- Click OK
To set up Do Not Disturb (DND)/Away status:
- Click on the available status
- Select DND (Do Not Disturb) or Away from the list
- Select "Until date and time" (if this value is not defined, the user status will change back to Available after one hour)
- Click OK.
Control options via user status
- It is possible to enable and disable all notifications in DND mode
- It is possible to configure the system by call type (e.g. internal, external, whitelist, blacklist)
- It is possible to define your own statuses, which can be easily selected in the context menu.
Create your own statuses and switch quickly
You have the option of creating your own statuses and selecting them quickly. Proceed as follows to create your own statuses:
- Click on the cogwheel to open the settings
- Click Chat / Presence
- Create the custom states under the appropriate menu
To change the status quickly, click on the avatar/user picture and select the desired status. If you click on the name you will only see the option for change status:
3. Avatar
Users who have not set up a user picture are displayed with their initials. To adjust the user picture, proceed as follows:
- Expand your user status in the top menu
- Click Edit Image
- Choose a file
- Adjust the size of the image
- Click on "Save.
4. Geolocation
When you first logged in, you were prompted to enable location sharing. This makes it possible to automatically transmit your location so that your team members can see it.
But it is also possible to set this location manually:
- Click on your user status in the top menu and select Advanced
- Click Set Location
- Choose custom, enter the address in the field, or choose Auto detect
- Click on "Save
5. Edit colleagues
Festnetz+ + Collaboration allows you to define which users you want to see directly as favorites in your colleague list. You will be asked for this when you log in for the first time. To edit the list afterwards, click on the gear and then on "Edit colleagues".
Now select your favorites (colleagues or teams) and confirm.
6. Explanation of user status icons
User status is synchronized across all connected devices:
available (user is connected to collaboration) | |

7. Post it
Send Posit in the sense of a short message/task to yourself or your colleagues as follows:
- Click + > Post-It to create a Post-It
- Then select the desired recipient or "Personal reminder" and enter the text
- Select Category (Normal/Important)
- Send the post-it
