Ensure proper functionality
In order for the fixed line + pascom mobile app to reliably receive messages and calls in the background, the operating system's battery optimization must be switched off. The pascom client has its own power management in which battery consumption is optimized and regulated. Messages and calls are also reliably received in the background.
The message in the pascom mobile app
When starting the Android pascom mobile app, you may see the following message in the upper area of the client.
Solution
In the message, click the “ Details ” link to go to the following page.
The pascom app would like to carry out the optimization for you via the Settings button and requires access to the Android energy saving settings . You allow this by clicking on Allow

Tap Battery to the point on the next page Battery use optimize "to disable.
