1. Initial situation

The fileshare drive is no longer displayed for me. There can be several reasons for this:

The security token has expired To ensure security, Fileshare regularly renews its security token, so you may have to log in again.

Manual logout or update After a manual logout or an update, you may have to restart Fileshare manually.

2. Procedure

Fileshare creates a desktop icon during installation. Click on this (double click) to restart fileshare. In most cases the fileshare drive will appear in Explorer after a few seconds.
