1. Initial situation
The fileshare drive is no longer displayed for me. There can be several reasons for this:
reason | description |

The security token has expired | To ensure security, Fileshare regularly renews its security token, so you may have to log in again. |
The device has been locked. | This is described here |
Manual logout or update | After a manual logout or an update, you may have to restart Fileshare manually. |
2. Procedure
Fileshare creates a desktop icon during installation. Click on this (double click) to restart fileshare. In most cases the fileshare drive will appear in Explorer after a few seconds.
However, it can also happen that you have to log in again after double-clicking. This process is described here.
