1. Initial situation

In order to quickly select from predefined values in individual cells, you want to create a drop-down list.

2. Instructions

• Create a list of the source values (either in the same or in a different worksheet)
• Navigate to the cell in which you want the dropdown to appear
• In the ribbon bar now select: Check> Validity check> Settings: Fixed list entries
• Select the list created above as the source and confirm.
