Quality and stability
Voice over IP is a complex matter. Although it is basically possible that any headset can be used, this often does not lead to the desired quality. For this reason, Seabix certifies selected headsets for compatibility with its landline + services. No support can be guaranteed for other headset types.
Seabix managed headset
The appropriate firmware versions are automatically rolled out for headsets managed by Seabix. The customer does not have to take any measures of his own.
