Android email app installation instructions
This guide was derived from a Samsung device. Android mail apps may look different on different devices, and the instructions here may not exactly match the options shown on your device.
- Open the Samsung Email app
- Variant: There is no account yet
- Tap Add Account.
- Variant: an account already exists
- Tap the 3 lines in the top left, then tap the gear
- Select Add Account here
- Select the Exchange account type.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Choose manual setup
- Email address: Your email address
- Domain \ Username : Your email address
- Exchange Server : see server information above
- Log In
- Tap Yes or OK to confirm the settings and permissions.
Synchronizing e-mail, contacts, tasks and the calendar can take a few minutes.
Data is transmitted to Microsoft
The Outlook app saves all access data in the Microsoft cloud.
Android Outlook installation guide
- Install the Outlook for Android app from the Google Play Store and open it.
- Enter your e-mail address. Then tap Next .
- Enter your email account password and tap Sign In or Next .
iOS email app installation instructions
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings , scroll down, and tap Accounts & Passwords > Add Account .
- Choose Exchange .
- Enter your email address and description. Tap on Next .
- Check your email address and enter the associated password. Tap on Next .

iOS Outlook installation guide
- Download and open Outlook for iOS from the iOS App Store.
- Enter your full email address, then tap Add Account .
- Enter your email account password and tap Sign In .
- Agree to any possible incoming permission requests.
