The call journal
To call up the journal, click on the call history icon in the red menu bar.
filter
In the upper area you can click on Filter Options. In these you have a few setting options.
Call type
Filter the call history by internal / external, or by both call types.
Call direction
Filter the call history according to incoming / outgoing or both call directions.
Call result
Filter the call history for answered / missed calls, or view all call results.
Show more journal entries
Show or hide options like voicemail box, system calls, faxes, etc. in your call history.
Include the team journal in the call history
You can choose from which queue (in which you are a member) call data is included in your journal.
