My profile

In the pascom client you can use your own profile to tell your teammates without a word how things are going with your own availability.

Set presence status

The status can be set using the drop down arrow in your profile. From Available to Do Not Disturb .

You can add your own message to both of the available statuses. You can use "Do not disturb" mode to tell your teammates that you are in a meeting.

Simply click on the line for the presence status and enter your own message. Then save by clicking on the check mark.

Contact list

All your colleagues, pascom groups, queues and your favorites are displayed in the contact list. This list also shows the presence status of each colleague and which device they are logged on to.

You can use the handset to call your colleagues directly from the contact list.

With a click on your current profile picture you get to the profile settings. You can upload a new image from your computer using the Select button.
