Direct dialing switches are a practical tool if you want to control the behavior of your system by manually switching it on / off.
Direct dialing switches are useful when you e.g. B. want to switch the head office spontaneously to the announcement “All employees are currently in a meeting” or if there are no fixed business hours and the last person who leaves the company should switch the head office to “outside business hours”.
How can an extension switch be activated or deactivated

Call the extension switch
When you call an extension switch, there are 3 possible announcements:
