On request, we support you with the recording of professional announcements for your telephone system. In this article you will find all the information you need to receive professional announcements.

2. How do I get an offer for an announcement

If you would like to record a professional announcement, please contact our sales department with the following information:

• Exact text for each desired announcement
• Choose the speaker via https://sprecher-musik.com and tell us the language and, if desired, the background music.
• Place where the announcements should be played

We will immediately send you a suitable offer.

3. Use of the Directing Center

After the order has been placed, we may ask you to speak certain terms on tape so that the announcements can be spoken as you wish. Follow these steps:

• Dial the number of the directing center: 058 670 80 93
• Follow the prompts to include the terms you want, specifically:
  • Select button 1 to receive further information in German.
  • After the beep, speak the above listed passage(s) twice on the tape. ( one phone call is enough! )
  • When you're done, you can just hang up . Your recording will be forwarded directly from the control center to our studio.

After you have spoken, you will shortly receive the announcements in various formats. Seabix will enter these in the appropriate places according to your wishes, so that they can be used immediately.
