1. Starting position

Wildix Collaboration remembers the last used headset. It can happen (headset change home office, different USB port, etc.) that the headset has to be reconfigured, this procedure is described below.

2. Procedure

Follow the steps below to re-save the headset

• Open Wildix Collaboration
• Click Settings (gear)
• Choose Web Phone

• Select the correct headset from the drop-down menu (even if the correct headset appears to be listed, do not select the headset with the current default.)
• Click on "Save
• With Audio Test you can test the setting
