To phone

In the Pascom, you can start a phone call using the dialing field or, for internal calls, using the green receiver in the contact list. In addition, calls can be started from the telephone book and the call journal .

Incoming call

When there is an incoming call, the incoming call item appears on the right. In addition, a pop-up notification appears about the incoming call. When there is an incoming call, you have the options: accept , reject or connect . You can use the Connect button to connect a call directly to a colleague.

Active conversation

If the call is accepted, several interactive call elements appear. Click on the white arrow to access further options for this call element.

You can use the call elements to view the current caller, connect , hold or other details . When you activate the Hold option, the microphone is muted and the other party hears music on hold .

The telephone area / dialing area changes during a phone call. Here you can start a new call , send DTMF tones , mute the microphone .

Internal callback

If you urgently need to call a colleague, but he is currently on the phone, you can be notified as soon as he is free.

To do this, click on the red receiver and a callback will be scheduled. You will receive a notification as soon as your colleague is free again.
