Overview
To register the Pascom app, you need to perform a one-time pairing process.
iOS installation
System requirements iOS 10 or higher.
You install the current pascom Mobile Client directly on your Apple smartphone via Google Playstore.
Android installation
System requirements Android 5.1 or higher.
You can install the current pascom Mobile Client directly on your Android smartphone via Google Playstore.
Pairing process
In order to be able to log in to the pascom Mobile Client, the pairing process is required before.
- Start the pascom desktop client
- Navigate to Settings> My Devices
- On the assigned mobile phone, tap the Pair button.
- If this button is not displayed, contact Seabix AG.
- Enter your user password and click Next.
- Start the pascom Mobile Client on your mobile phone and click on Start.
- Now scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
- In the next step, enter your mobile phone number in the international phone number format (e.g. 0041761234567).
