3. Announcement groups

In Festnetz+ , announcements are made via announcement groups. An announcement group contains one or more end devices that should react to an announcement. Seabix Support will configure the announcement group according to your specifications.

4. How to proceed with an announcement

To make an announcement, call a number internally. This is the same as a normal call. As soon as you have dialed this number, the devices are activated and you can make an announcement.

5. Are there special loudspeakers for announcements
