1. How is the toner billed at Seabix.

We only charge the pages that are actually printed. The current tariffs can be found here . So you don't pay per toner, only per page. In addition, we invoice the page precisely and without a minimum volume or penalty fee if the contract volume is exceeded. You can see the volumes in the customer portal Seabix IO per device.

2. How does meter reading reporting work?

So that we know the exact details of your print consumption, we install a small piece of software on the appropriate PC during commissioning. This software checks the printer regularly and reports the relevant data to our system. Please ensure that the PC can regularly access the printer (same location), otherwise you may receive a paper form, which should be avoided.

3. The automatic toner delivery

Seabix takes over the automatic delivery of toners for the printers or multifunctional devices we deliver. This may differ from what you are already familiar with (you may have to order toner yourself). We automatically notice when your toner has fallen below the threshold of 20%. In this case, the appropriate toner will be delivered automatically and should usually be sent to you by post the next day.

Do not shake the toner

Please do not shake the toner when the toner level has dropped to a lower value, otherwise it can happen that a new toner is triggered and you get too much toner.

4. How is the toner disposed of?

Please dispose of an empty toner with your normal household waste or at your local, specialized recycling collection point.
