Mail archive can be searched in different ways. There are hardly any limits to the possibilities and the high-performance search will quickly bring you to your destination.
Save search filters as favorites
Mail archive enables searches to be saved as favorites. This way you don't always have to collect the parameters. This helps if you are looking for the same parameters a lot.
E-mail search mask

| Search for | Free text search. Select the criteria you want to integrate into the search |
| folder | Limit the search to a specific folder (and its sub-folders, if applicable) |

| To / CC / Bcc | Search for recipient, copy or flash copy |

| Archiving date | Search by archiving date |
| news | Limit your search to emails with or without attachments |
| Size | Limit your search to the size of the email |
