1. Initial situation
Although my voicemail still has enough capacity, callers keep receiving the message that no message can be left because the mailbox is full. Follow the steps below.
2nd solution
To reset voicemail, we recommend deactivating it and reactivating it. Proceed as follows:
- Deactivate Visual Voice Mail with an SMS to the destination number 935, text "VVM off"
- Activate Visual Voice Mail with an SMS to the destination number 935, text "VVM on"
The mailbox should now work correctly again.
In rare cases it can happen that an error message is returned after the SMS "VVM on". In this case you need to contact Seabix support with the following information:
- Error description: Apple Visual Voice Mail reports "full", error message received after reactivating mailbox via VVM on to destination number 935.
